MCB Enclosures

MCB stands for Miniature circuit breaker. MCB Enclosures are used to mount MCB and protect it from water, so that it can automatically break the circuit whenever there is - uneven load, overload as well as in faulty conditions. So that there is no damage occurs to the electric circuit.
MCB Enclosures are an important component of building safety. MCB’s are mostly installed outside of a home or office in a distribution board also called DB. It is necessary to protect MCBs from water or any external stimulant. Gewiss has introduced a wide range of Waterproof MCB Enclosure. It has two variants:

• IP55 MCB Enclosure
  Waterproof MCB enclosures having IP55 ratings are protected from limited dust ingress & protected from low pressure water jets from any direction as compared to normal ones.
• IP65 MCB Enclosure
  Waterproof MCB’s enclosure having IP65 ratings are protected from total dust ingress & protected from low pressure water jets from any direction as compared to normal ones.
